Ingredients / Directions: 

All measures and ingredients are flexible - make it how you like it :-)

Blend:

1 banana (a frozen banana makes it more creamsicle-like)

1/4c - 1/3c orange juice (or carrot or mango juice)

1/4c - 1/3c carrot juice (or orange or mango juice)

1/4c - 1/3c plain yogurt (or milk or milk substitute)

a generous dash of cinnamon

does this taste more like juice in terms of consistency since there's no ice used? it sounds like a yummy recipe!

If you use a frozen banana,

If you use a frozen banana, it's quite thick and smoothie-like. You could throw a handful of ice in there too - this would make it less rich, but still thick. Otherwise it will be more like a lassi, or a cream-like consistency.
