This classic cake is based on my grandma's delicious (and very rich) recipe. I altered her recipe to make it healthier, while keeping the delicious flavours and texture of the original. This version uses whole ingredients, a lot less sugar and fat (over half as much! don't worry, the zucchini keeps things moist) - and more chocolate, spice and vanilla.
